- feasibility studies on investments, business, restructuring

4. Negotiations in partnerships as a broker or as the representative of either of the parties (such as: the negotiation of a business contract, brokerage, negotiations between employers and trade unions).

- the insurance market (such as: general average insurance for ships, P&I, crew insurance).

- chartering market
- market of sales of ships and ship/port requirement (such as motorboats, barges, tugs and pushers, operation equipment)

6. Registration/liquidation of shipping/port operating companies, organization of auctions.

7. Legal advice in
- drafts of specific shipping contracts (such as: the insurance contract, the Crewing Contract, the ship sale/purchase contract the maritime shipment contract, the salvage contract ).
- disputes and arbitration under the above mentioned contracts.
- disputes and arbitration with implications of national and international maritime law.
- settlement of a common average, drafting of dispatch notes.

8. Technical consulting

- assessment of maritime shipping tonnage (ships) and equipment thereof.
- average and ship casualty surveys (such as ship average, cargo damage, work accidents).
- surveys of ships and port equipment for the scope of having same covered by insurance.
- assessment of ship repairs and/or assistance during performance of repair works.

9. Financial and accounting assistance specific to maritime companies:

- identification of possibilities for performance/improvement of the accounting system
- identification of possibilities to cut down expenditure an increase income.

10. Consulting on the implementation of hardware/software techniques aboard ships and within ship and harbor management companies.


     In reply to an application submitted by you for any of the above tendered services, our Company will promptly submit (within less than 24 hours) a Quotation for the contemplated project to include: performance term, specialists appointed to participate in the performance of the project, administrative expense for performance, our fee.
